Writing a good resume for an online job application

Like most people who want to have a regular day job, people who are looking forward to have online jobs should also strive to present good resumes to their prospective employers. This is perhaps the reason why many people are looking for a resume service to help them with their CV's and application letters. If you do not have money to avail of this type of services though, just remember the following pointers if you are submitting a resume for an online job.

1. Update your contact information. The only way for your prospective employers to contact you is through your email or phone number so make sure that you can be contacted in the number and email ad that you include in your resume.

2. Include related or relevant experiences. You may not have the necessary working experience for the online job that you are applying for but you may have past related experiences that can attest your competitiveness for the job. If you are applying for an online job as a writer, for example, and you have no experience working for a publication, you may include in your resume your blog url so your prospective employer can check your site out and evaluate your writing skills.
